I sent my little Lola here for grooming, daycare and boarding when travelling. They are exceptional. During grooming today, they noticed ear infection on my little baby and Claire informed me immediately and the driver dropped her off in the vets. Am eternally grateful for all the amazing people in Petsville. I know Lola is safe in their hands xxx

Mia and I went for a trial session on Saturday. The staff were very welcoming which was important to me as Mia has had a difficult life and was understandably nervous. She behaved well and was accepted into the fold. We will gradually build her up to the point where I feel comfortable going on leave. The staff totally understood this and were very reassuring. I had intended to visit several alternative options but my first visit to Petsville confirmed that there was no need.😊🐾

The worst daycare ripping customers charging full day rates for only 5 hours which is half day. Also my dog got bit twice at this place!!! I WOULD NEVER SEND MY DOG TO THIS PLACE. The receptionsit and the manager are not professional. My dog was going yo this place for a year now.

The place is amazing, one of the best I have been here in Dubai, and now they have an aqua pawk, the water is chlorine free, there’s sprinklers splashing water, two pools one for the big ones and one to the small ones, which is amazing, my dog @Casperthejrt just loved the small pool, so you don’t have to worry, because everything is very well organized to receive your fur baby, also staff and owner are super receptive, thanks for the customary hospitality.

Super cheap prices, boarding overnight was only 85 Durhams. However when we picked up our dog he looked sad and his eyes had red spots in them for 2 weeks...I dont know if it was too dusty there and gave him allergies or what. I dont think we would go back.

The environment looks clean and its a convenient location for our furry baby! It would be great to have a livestream so we can see what goes on behind closed doors all day, as we are only getting couple snaps of photos which seem very posed and not in his natural state (and mostly of him alone - which we can take ourselves at home, the point is to see how he is interacting with other dogs and his play during the day!) I like that the handlers know him and give a smile and a wave. But we just drop off and pick up, and get some snaps of him without any feedback (did he eat, were there any issues) and we have asked for a video every now and again, which was ignored. I recommend some improvements as its not cheap sending our furry friend here (we do full day), while I see other places going a bit more above and beyond! I am hesitant using the boarding facilities because I feel I have no idea what actually happens during the day with our doggy. Otherwise he is happy, comes home tired and I hope its giving him the interaction he needs. Thank you!

Chester visited PetsVille today and we all absolutely loved it! Its a very nice place and really makes a dog feel like home! Chester was very happy from the moment he got there and had lots of fun! The place is very homey, clean and really nice! There are indoor playing areas, the kennels are spacious and clean and have comfortable beds and the outdoor area looks like a fun place for dogs to get some exercise and play around! He made lots of new friends and had a blast! There is also a small shop inside with products from Pets Delight and there is a very cute living area with a sofa and TV where dogs can relax! The staff where also very nice, friendly and welcoming.Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back soon! I really recommend it if you want your dog to be in a happy place where they will feel like at home and very confortable.

My little angel gizmo loves the place the first time he spent the day at Petsville! and so I decided to celebrate his 4th birthday together with his pawfriends and we had an amazing day! Petsville have a place for every dog. I have 2 dogs with very different needs. One little, very hyperactive terrier mix who is a social butterfly and life of the party. The bigger one is an introverted, very chilled girl who on the other hand is not much into dogs but likes to sleep and hang on the sofa. Petsville has a place for both. Frankie gets to enjoy the indoor and outdoor play area helping him to getting rid of his excess energy whereas my girl gets to relax on a doggy bed in one of their living room style areas.Staff is lovely and caring. Prices are reasonable. Place is super clean. Boarding Kennels are big. Petsville 2 THUMBS UP!

Absolutely the best place for your dog. All staff love animals and take great care of your pet-so much so sometimes my dog doesn’t want to leave-which is always a good sign. I cannot day enough good things about the office staff and handlers truly top notch people!! Kind and caring facility ensure breeds and size are balanced and that the dogs get rest time and play time. Plus the new addition of the pool is fun! Pictures are a nice touch too. I only have great things to stay!

Never seen such an amazing daycare, playground and aqua park indoor pool experience for dogs! The staff, including Christine and Anastasia went out of their way to show me around, performed an assessment on my golden retreiver first, the allow her to play and swim under supervision of trained professionals. Cannot say it is good or not. But rules are strange, they are doung assessment of the dog behavior, i dont mind that, but it needs to be appointed and they have slot only after 4 days, because assesments are only between 10am and 1pm. Will have to use another park, since the rules are inconvenient

Teddy and Luca spent their Christmas vacation at Petsville this year. We received a 5 star service. The handler, the manager and the owner sent us daily photos, videos and reports. They took care of Luca’s medication as well. Luca has progressed a lot and we’ve never seen him play with other dogs like this. Teddy didn’t seem scared at all and has made lots of friends there. Prior to their boarding, we took a tour around the place. It’s super clean with spacious rooms and comfy beds. We highly recommend this facility. Thank you Mr. Amr, Ms. Alessandra, Ms. Ruth and Mr. Francis for taking care of our boys. Teddy and Luca will definitely come back soon to play with their friends! Happy New Year!

Petsville staff are really professional, knowledgable, friendly and polite but above all I found them extremely accommodating. One of my dogs is a puppy thats really frightened of strange environments. She needed time to be slowly introduced and all the staff have been so empathetic towards her needs. I had my dog Pandora stay for daycare with Petsville and it was the best treatment I have ever gotten! She’s a quiet dog, and they did a great job of finding a place for her to stay that made her happy. Pandora was really well taken care of, and I love the report card I received showing photos of her and what she was up to! The staff are all so friendly, and the facilities are very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be keeping Pandora with the Petsville team when I travel

My cocker spaniel had his first day at petsville, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I was shown around in all areas, very clean and super friendly, dog loving staff. Easy to find and parking and I felt safe leaving my furbaby there. Daycare is so reasonably priced and the same price as having a dog walker come in for one hour to your home, no brainer! Alfie is now booked in everyday whilst we work
